Registration Cancellation, Refunds and Transfers Policy

As WISTA USA incurs certain expenses in advance of hosting this event, we impose the following policy for cancellations, refunds, and transfers:

  • If you are no longer able to attend the event, you are welcome to transfer your registration to another colleague 15 days prior to the event.
  • If a transfer of your registration is not possible, WISTA USA will not offer refunds. 
  • If an attendee registers for an incorrect ticket category or wishes to change ticket category, no refunds will be issued, and any additional fees will be charged to the attendee.
