As WISTA USA incurs certain expenses in advance of hosting this event, we impose the following policy for cancellations, refunds, and transfers:

If you are no longer able to attend the event, you are welcome to transfer your registration to another colleague 15 days prior to the event.

If a transfer of your registration is not possible, WISTA USA will not offer refunds. 

If an attendee registers for an incorrect ticket category or wishes to change ticket category, no refunds will be issued, and any additional fees will be charged to the attendee.
